Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  New to Group Hi All! My name is Katie and I live in the Philadelphia, PA suburbs with my hubby, Allen and furbabies, Angel and Peanut. I had Lap RNY on 11/6/04 when I weighed 310 lbs. I am now down to 205 lbs and still am working on my journey. I have a lot of stress right now, but I am finding getting back to a regular exercise routine after being sidelined due to knee surgery is helping me get back on track. I also need support and from what I've seen from this group, Big T and all of you seem to have a lot of support going on here. This is my first post to the group, but it won't be my last.
