Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | YOUR at a normal point that the body stops and adjusts to all its new changes! ITS very normal relax and enjoy the weigh will \ come off and it will start up. JUST an adjustment time and ur proly looseing some inches! ITS normal we all go thru it and we all panic were failing and this wont work either but it will. PEOPLE get this between weeks 3 and 5. HANG in there and welcome to the losein side

| Super Moderator | Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us. Congratulations on joining the Loser's Bench!! You are doing very well there, no need to panic, just as Lisa says. Even if your scale numbers aren't moving, your inches should be. As a matter of fact, if you are going to worry about your scale, maybe the best idea would be to throw out your scale, and get weighed in only with your surgeon's appt. Hang in there, ((((((((HUGS)))))) May your journey go well.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I HATE scales----don't even own one---well do have a kitchen scale---but bathroom---no way--- don't fret you are right on track---and don't compare yourself to other people---you are a unique person and your body will respond to the surgery differently than others---just know you are foloowing the rules of your surgeon and getting in your protein and water and vitamins and EXERCISING---and you'll do just fine.... |
