Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. Like Shawn, I too had surgery on the 11th and I struggle with feeling too good; in other words, I have to remember my limitations!

Are you getting all of your water and protein in? I know when you're nauseous, the last thing you want to do is put something in your mouth, but the water is soooo important to keep you hydrated. Are you also getting up for short walks when you can? I wonder if there is gas in your tummy making you feel sick - walking can help get it out.

Have you called your surgeon or dietitian? Maybe they can offer support and suggestions too?

*hugs*

Welcome Crystal, sip, sip, sip, chew, chew, chew... Congratulations on beginning your incredible journey. Follow the rule from your surgeon to the letter and don't hesitate to call the office if something doesn't feel right. Welcome to the Loser's Bench.
