Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You just have to sip that water as much as you can, my NP had me taking a spoonful every 5 minutes the first couple of days because I would get nauseous just drinking water. Get as much in as you can and walk as much as you can without getting yourself too tired. Congratulations on your surgery and best of luck to you as you begin this new exciting journey.

Ahhh fresh out of surgery. I remember it... but 11 months out??? It feels kind of foggy.
I know I didn't get it all in at first, but I, too, was motivated and did my best... keep water by you at all times, just keep sipping. It was really cold out when I came home, so I walked inside the house, up and down the hall way..maybe 4 or 5 times, then stop get a drink of water or a drink of protein... It is all I focused on at first...then after a week it got easier.. REst is equally important.
I remember feeling cold too, so keep a lap blanket near by. Day by day, it WILL get better and better.
I started liking hot things... chicken broth..(Campbells chicken noodle, no noodle) just sip the hot broth.. make jello and dilute it a little and drink it hot...
This is one of the harder stages for you, BUT you can do it and when you look back upon as I do now, you will wonder where the time went. GOOD LUCK.

Don't forget...sugar free popsicles can count as liquid intake too. Try and get as much as you can. It might be hard the first few days, it will get a little easier as time goes on.

Hi and welcome! Like the others said just keep on sipping. As long as you're not in that 30 minute before or after eating window taking a sip every few minutes will help you get it all in.
Good luck, glad you're doing so well already!
