Thank you all for a small comment or a kick in the pants when I needed it!

I still have a ways to go but being thankful this holiday season it makes me realize I have been blessed by all of you.

I saw a photo of myself on a cruise 1 year ago. I could hardly recognize myself. I wanted to cry. I could not believe that I was inside that body. What was I thinking? Obviously I wasn't! I was on the fast track to an early grave.

I am beyond thankful to a supportive husband and Mother. And for you all..Thank you. Thank you! I only hope someday I can say something to you that uplifts you when you are down or cheer you when you have done something spectacular!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
