Default 2 Week Check up

Today I had my two week check up. Everything went well. My doctor moved up to mushy/soft foods. Oh I can't wait. However, I am nervous about eating something else besides Liquids. I don't want an infection or anything to go wrong. Still hurt inside and the doctor said that was normal. Just hope I can continue with weight loss and eat proper. I didn't realize how nervous I would be about eating.

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Fantastic!! That first scrambled egg will taste sooooo good...until you realize you can't eat all of the one egg. LOL Then I thought it was over-rated!

Keep up the great work!

Congrats on the good check up. I remember being nervous too when I was advanced to mushy foods...you'll be ok though just start with something like a scrambled egg and yeah you probably wont even be able to eat all of it.

Hi there... what worked best for me at that phase was cottage cheese and greek yogurt. I couldnt tolerate the eggs yet for some reason. Also I could eat low fat cheese, chewed up real good. If those work well with you then you can try tuna or chicken salad (low fat mayo to keep it moist) no matter what you will only be able to eat a small amount. I found that one day something doesnt agree, the next week I was ok with it. Still happens. Wish you the best.
