Unhappy Carb intake help please!!!!!!

Need some feedback please..... I am wondering how many carbs to do per day? I am a person that goes to the gym religiously 5 times a week. I do 30 minutes on the eliptical, jog up to a mile or more and lift weights. I currently do about 800-1000 calories per day and drink Isopure protein approx. 40 grams a day, the rest of my protein comes from food intake. i am just confused on the carb intake?????? Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Thanks,
Steve

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Protein first, veggies next, carbs if you have room left in your small pouch.

I agree with Doc & I was told no more than 5 grams serving. But ultimately, I would tell yu to check with your nutritionist, because every office has different guidlines & every patient situation is different.

Once you reach maintenance weight you should be getting somewhere between 120 and 200 grams per day. Since you are only 5 months out, don't worry about it unless you are eating a lot of carbs. You should be eating protein, especially since you are working out a lot. Chances are you aren't getting a lot of carbs in at this point. When you do eat carbs eat WHOLE grain - check the lables. Some things advertise themselves as multigrain to confuse the buyer - when you read the lable you'll see it's the same as eating highly processed white bread. Stay away from starchy carbs like pasta, white rice and potatoes.
