Dont feel well after I eat
I dont feel well after I eat. Ive been going through a phase where I really dislike food, but this is different. Every time, after I eat I feel sick. My stomach feels sore, the best way to describe it is like a sore muscle after a hard workout. Im not eating too much...im two moths out and Im STILL lucky if I can consume more than 2 oz at a time. It doesnt matter what I eat either, and right after a meal Im so uncomfortable I have to walk super slow (it hurts to walk at a normal speed) and feel nauseaus.. but not so nauseaus that I vomit (Ive only done that once with a horrible foamy episode). I havnt said anything because I thought it was just all in my head, but Im beginning to think differently. Im really hoping that this is just another phase Im going through. I know I should call my surgeon, but even if I leave a message for him on Monday, I probably wont hear back til wednesday because Monday and Tuesday are his surgery days. I almost feel silly for posting this because I feel like this whole thing is just in my head and just another hurdle I have to jump over.
Also I follow the 30/30 rule, and most of the time I have to wait more than an hour after a meal because adding fluid to a tipsy tummy is a recipe for disaster. I dont have caffeine, carbonation, sugar, bread, rice, or anything else that is a big bypass no-no. I just dont get it. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this just mental?
