There is a video floating around here somewhere that shows how quickly fluids can wash food out of your pouch. Once your pouch is empty, you are going to get the hungry signal...
The 30/30 no drinking while eating rule is the most important rule that needs to be followed for the rest of your life, for success throughout your journey the rest of your life.
To get in 200 kcals, you are going to need 50g carbs or protein, or 22.2g fat. However, since you are still around 6 weeks out, 500 kcals at this point is pretty much the average intake. Your intake should slowly increase and go up to around 1000 kcals or so at the one year mark. Don't stress about it, as your pouch is still recovering and adjusting. As you get the hang of your pouch, you will start being able to eat more.
What type of exercise are you doing at the gym? Unless your surgeon has given you the release, take it slow on resistance exercise, and stick to aerobic exercise such as walking and jogging.
As far as alcohol goes. The most important issue is addiction transfer. A lot of people who are overweight/obese are emotional eaters, and/or are food addicts. Because these people are deprived of food as a comfort, there are those who turn to alcohol instead and develop an addiction.
