I start soft foods today. My only uncertainty is my protein supp. I am still at odds with finding the right fit. I thought i found on, then she told me it is no good. Yet everyone online says it is good and that their drs recommended it. So IDK, but I cannot deal with the shake type sups. It was the New Whey Bullet. Soo aggrevated, lol.

| Way to go on the weight loss Katy!
Yeah protein is a hard one to find just the right one. When I first had surgery the one that was suggested by my NUT I liked, they have since changed which ones they like us to use but I still use the original one which is a GNC 100% whey. Actually at this point they don't want me using protein shakes at all, but I'm finding I need them to help keep my calories and protein where it needs to be.
Anyway, keep up the good work!!! |
