Default I did it....I joined a gym

Not only did I join the gym I had my first session with a personal trainer today and Oh my did it feel GREAT!

I signed up to work with a trainer I absolutely loved it!!

Its not cheap but I think well worth it at least for me. I had no idea how to use any of those weight machines and he was great showing me what to do and how to do it!

The amazing thing is he also gave me a food list and its basically what I am doing already lots of protein and 4-6 small meals a day.

My arms and legs are sore but I go back tomorrow for more!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Congratulations. That is what I did too a little over a year ago, and it was the best thing I ever did. Just be careful though about following a food list he/she gives you over what your Doctor's office has suggested. Remember, we have different nutritional needs than the average person does and the trainer may or may not be fully aware of what the needs are. I agree they are expensive, but a good trainer is worth every penny. I can't believe the difference in the definition and toning I have gotten and he constantly is re-evaluating my progress/changing things up. I am in the best overall shape I have ever been in my entire life.

I'd love to do that eventually, right now time is an issue for me. I used to love the gym when I worked as a nurse on the floor only 3-4 days a week. I refuse to share the gym at that 5pm slot in the evenings! Congratulations!!

LAst May I got a membership for a nearby gym. If it wasn't close by I could find many reasons not to go. I got a trainer too. Didn't expect to but really can't do anything without him. NOw I would like to see him twice a week but $$$ just can't. I am not thrilled with going but once I get there I seem to like it.
It is one of the hardest things I have done and "stuck" with. We are doing a lot of core work. It helps with balance, coordination, posture etc. GOOD LUCK fellow gym goers.

Good for you! My doc said that I could do just as well with my treadmill and getting a ball and some hand weights so that is what I am doing....we did join the Y and went a couple of times and nada! So, I'd rather spend my money on clothes and travel!

Good luck!
