I am hoping to find out if what I am experiencing is normal I started out at 301# at 5'7" at 5 months out I reached 100# gone and now I am stuck here. I had lost 90# by the 4 month mark and since then it is really slow. Hope someone can direct me to where to post my questions. Thanks so much in advance! 301/195/165 |

| Super Moderator | Welcome to the board, chrisny. Thank you for joining us, please make yourself comfy and enjoy the board, and the chat room if you can. Wow, 100lbs in less than 6mos. That is great, congratulations!! Your body now is trying to adjust to the rapid weight loss it has achieved, so it is time now for your body functions to align to your new balance. If not losing lbs is making you impatient, what about your inches? You should still be losing there, and I imagine you are. So, yes, as everyone says, Be Patient, Be True to Your Program, and you'll unstick. May your journey be full of blessings, (((((((HUGS)))))))
