Default ?Approval?

Okay, so I am just a bit confused. I got a letter from my insurance company today that said, "The information submitted regarding this hospital admission has been reviewed. It was determined that the admission meets the criteria for certification and, therefore is CERTIFIED."

Of course there was the thank you for submitting and thank you for being a member and the disclaimer about them not paying if it is fradulent or in the case that you don't have the described procedure by the expiration date.

So, am I right in assuming that this is "the letter" that is what I need to have surgery scheduled?

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
