Default Need insurance & obesity experts for letters

Hi EVeryone,

On my post "another denial"
I posted about my appeal that is coming up and how I need some help in writing a letter about my obesity struggle, and how I feel I was mislead to believe for over 8 months that as long as I met the basic criteria that is given by the National Institute of Health reguarding morbid obesity then United Health Care would pay for my surgery, Then my husband needs help in writing about how he feels the company has let our family down. How he was never given the certificate book that they based their decision on plus anything that he feels he should state.
This is what my surgeons office says is my last hope to get them to overturn the clause and pay for my surgery. So anyone who works with insurance companies or with a company such as Human Resources for a company and can help me get these letters together would be so much help. I have always heard that IT IS ALL IN THE WORDING!!!!
I need to know what that wording is. So I need help.
My email is psalmistmckee@hotmail.com if you can mail me and I can call you and talk with you about everything or we can just talk by mail.

Thanks Dona (EXhorter)

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Dona, I think the best way is for you (and your husband) to draft a letter first, never mind the wording. Write the things you want to say, you need to say, your surgeon told you to say, first. Then we can all pick it apart and put it together again. However much we wish to help you, we can't unless we know exactly what you want to put in the letter.

Sounds good to me I just feel I do not even know where to begin. But I know I have to do this it is my last hope of them paying for it.

I agree with Doc, I always write my best letters when I just jot my feelings down and then I put it together to make sense.
