| Big Loser |  D&C will happen
Hi Everyone, Just a quick update on things with me. I had my second opinion for my D&C and will be going to the hospital that I wanted to go. The one that is always been there for me. It will be August 10th. Right now my weight surgery is on the back burner until I find out the results of the other. Love you all, Dona |

Thanks everyone for the kind words. It feels good to know there is a place to come and talk and that people understand. I have been dragging my feet on this last appeal with my husbands job. I guess I feel that why go through all of that just to hear no. I know that is not a good attitude, but I just do not want to sike myself out in thinking oh they are surely going to say yes over their own company policy just because they feel sorry for me or that my husband is a good employer. I feel bad due to the fact I should have more faith to believe for a good report but it is just hard sometimes when all you hear is NO. So if one door closes then I guess you look for another to open. I did find out that the hospital where I am having my D&C now does the revision on the lab and the RouxenY. They do not do the DS which is what I wanted to have but when they first started doing the surgery they did not even do revisions of any surgeries at all so they have changed their policy there. The cost for the bypass for self pay is $20,000. Of couse I do not have that much and they will not do anything until that is paid in full. So that doors seems to be closed at this time. They were firm about that. NO payments NO insurance then you pay the full$20.000. But I will not give up. I know there is an answer to this and I am going to find the money some how. I can't get a loan, or morage my home. So I am just going to have to wait on God for the answer and I know that his time is the right time. |
