Hello to all of my "loser" friends!
I'm a 67 year old woman who has been a weight yo yo all her life. Back pain issues caused me to turn to wls (Roux En Y Gastric Bypass), and the surgery was 3 months ago.
It's not easy, especially since I am older (the oldest?), but I got through the rough spots, and each day it gets a little bit easier.
I have found some good protein tips from other sites (Carnation Instant Breakfast with added protein powder or dry milk is the latest!), and I am looking forward to giving and receiving support, as my journey continues.

Congratulations on joining the Loser's Bench and your wonderful progress on this journey.
You are the oldest post op on board here as you say, and that will give courage to a lot of the older population who may be looking into this, and wondering about the age factor.
