Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Hello from Southeast Central Texas Hello to all of my "loser" friends! I'm a 67 year old woman who has been a weight yo yo all her life. Back pain issues caused me to turn to wls (Roux En Y Gastric Bypass), and the surgery was 3 months ago. It's not easy, especially since I am older (the oldest?), but I got through the rough spots, and each day it gets a little bit easier. I have found some good protein tips from other sites (Carnation Instant Breakfast with added protein powder or dry milk is the latest!), and I am looking forward to giving and receiving support, as my journey continues.
