Unhappy Stress and Depress not a good combination

Okay everyone, I know this is a long process before having your surgery but I am so so so tired. I refuse to quit but having to take all these classes, see the nutrionist, doctors, etc is really getting next to me. My last class is July 20th then I have to see my nutrionist one more time and then she will put in the request for approval. Still then I don't know how long it will be before I can have my surgery. I started this journey in January and it seems like it's taking forever. I guess I am feeling a little depress, plus I haven't been feeling to well lately and my mom got sick last week, so you can say I am stressed out.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Awww poor thing. hang in there. the rewards on the other end will be well worth it. just think with all the classes, you're going to be prepared for post-op eating a nutrition. I was and still am LOST. so you'll be one up on me lol!

as for you and your mom not feeling well, i'm sorry. i'll keep you both in our thoughts and prayers.

Just try to focus on the bigger picture. This will all be so worth it in the long run and you will be better prepared than most people are. I hope that your mom gets better soon and that will help a lot too.

Sorry to hear about your mother, keeping both you and her in my thoughts and prayers.
The pre-approval classes and wait isn't easy, but it is all to make your post op journey easier for you. There never is being too prepared, so take it one day at a time, and the days will pile up into weeks, the weeks into months, and so on.
((((((HUGS)))))) May your journey go well.

I can so relate. It seems endless. And each step, each class, each nutrition visit made me more and more stressed. So you are not alone!!!!!!

Now I am 3 months post op, and I realize how important those "stressful" moments were - I learned so much that was and is and will be so useful.

The very best to you! Hang in there - it gets better!
