When I first came home everytime I drank protein I had the runs. They told me to take Imodium AD but first they wanted to test it and it turns out I had C-Diff from the anti-biotics. Check with your surgeon before you do anything, especially with all the problems you have had. And cutting back on the protein shots will probably help but follow your Drs intstructions and get in the amount he says to.
