I got the paperwork from my medical group this week. Bariatric classes start Aug 13! Finally! My doc recommended me taking the classes last Feb!

Anyway, the paperwork consisted of a cover letter with the invitation to the classes and a 6 page questionnaire about how I eat, what I like to do, what my goals are, etc. I must be a wreck because I was a sob-fest filling out that thing. I was mad, sad, regretful, resentful.

In the Simpson's movie trailer, Lisa acts out over something, and Marge tells her there is that little place in every woman where all that "stuff" is stuffed. Lisa closes her eyes for a moment, then looks up at her mom and says something like, "There...that's better". My experience with filling out that questionnaire was something like pulling out all my stuffing! LOL

Anyway, I am happy to have this group for support. Thanks for being here, y'all!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
