Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Home from India Hello everyone I just got back home yesterday from getting Gastric Bypass surgery done in India. I had surgery on Thursday, July 19th and I stayed in India for 10 days post-op which is required when living abroad. I didn't have much pain and I feel great now except for a little jet lag after flying over 22 hours. I'm finally on the losing side of things and loving it. I weighed 340. lbs before the liver shrinking diet which I lost 14. lbs on. While in India I lost another 12. lbs so that's 26.lbs  for me so far with-in 4 weeks since I was on the liquid diet for over 2 weeks. So, I now weigh 306. lbs... The only thing I hate is the gas and constipation which I pray gets better soon.
