well i am down almost 65 pounds now and i can tell ya it's amazing what the difference in the way i feel is.i find bones...i breath better...no more high blood pressure...i have energy and the longing to LIVE!there is so much i look forward to now that i wonder where i will find the time to get it all in,

Christy.... STOPPP..... Find pen and paper and start writing this stuff down. You don't know it yet but you will need this "evidence" for the court of your mind as you hit some speed bumps along the way....

You will need these facts to present to the jury of voices in your head as you will enevitably experience a fog roll in. The quicker you can whip out the "written" word of how awesome you feel and and you factually got there. The quicker and stronger your stance will be in the face of the temporary attack....

Trust me kiddo, don't be lazy on this. You will need this. It is like a some deposit in the sanity bank. Deposit the credits there while you have them.
