Default what would you do?

Hello
I have been readmitted yet again for stomach pain, and dizziness. My doc says its the pancrease. After many tests, thay found a stricturs in my esphogus. they did a endoscopy with a bloon to open the stricture. It turns out that the doc inflated the baloon to much and tore the esphogus. I was not told about this until the following day. I have no idea if this can lesd to other problems or not. No one will tell me. Then my surgeon asked me if I wanted to go home It seems like they dont care that they just want to suck some money out of me, and cut me loose.
They have not found what is causing my pain, they just want to dicchsrge me.

What would you do?
I am ready to sue the shit out of the dr, and the hospital.
I am totally fed up, my life has been a disaster since my surgery

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Default Ugh!

You know bingo, that has to be hell on earth to have that happen to ya, and not even be told til the the next day. Can you believe some people who claim to be professionals. WHATEVER!!!!!!!!!, would be my attitude. I guess, the most logical thing to do with something like that, is to get a second opinion for sure. That is serious business, and to me, neglegence. Just my opinion of course, but none the less, very unprofessional. I am sorry that you have to be going through something like this. I had a similar thing happen to me while in high school yet. Not as severe, but somewhat the same. To make a long story short, I ended up having an instestinal blockage. Of course before finding that out, nothing was wrong with me. I even was called a hypochondriac by my family Dr. NO LIE! Not to my face. My parents were asked that question. Can you believe some people, and I will take that one to my grave having bad feelings towards that guy. P'S me off just thinking about it. I will pray though that everything works out for ya bingo. mike

Strictures in your Esophagus shouldnt have a thing to do do with the WLS I wouldnt think? That is probally caused by the GERD you had before the surgery and you started notiicing it really bad afterwards as it was trying to heal. The pancretitis is somthing im not sure it realted to the WLS or not either. You will have to make sure there all tied in together first to cause somthing like this. Does your Esophagus hurt or not? That is always a risk when you do that type of surgery. Its called strectching. Many people have to have it done once a month to swallow food. These are just normal people who havint had any WLS and are thin and fat. It dont matter. Its just results of GERD. Gastroesphoageal Reflux Disorder. You know how they talk about Nexium on Tv and Prilosec etc...... these meds stop that errosion you had to heal it.

I hope you feel better Keith. Just do what they tell you to do and try to get on with your self.

Oh Bingo, So sorry this crap is happening to you. I think I would find another Dr. You see it more and more that Dr.s don't want to admit they are wrong or that your complaints are legitimate. Makes me soooo mad. Do not let them push you around. Demand answers. I want you better and happy. Mattie

Just wanted to let you know Im thinking of you. you defintely have had a rough road on this journey. I feel for you. I would do liek some of the others suggested and get a second opinion. Make them keep you in there a bit longer before you go home. hang in there.

after making many calls, to various doctors, I have decided to stay with this surgeon, No one else knows more about what I have been thru then he does. No one else knows more about this procedure then he does.
I will be having an MRI near my home soon, after that I will return to the hospital in NYC to hopefully resolve this issue.

PLEASE WISH ME LUCK
