Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Saying "HI" from WA There are a few names (and faces) I recognise here - I know I'll fit right in! My journey started in June - saw a surgeon about an umbilical hernia who suggested I might benefit from GBS as the hernia would probably be back if I didn't loose weight. So - I went through the Bariatric Pathway at Madigan (MAMC) in WA. Been dragging my heels a little - weighing everything up etc. etc. etc. but have decided that this is my only option. So - just got the psy.eval. to do on 8-30-07. Big thanks to claire-in-texas for recommending this forum - it looks a great place and there's a huge amount of reading ahead of me! LOL
