CONGRATS! I know it can be difficult when you don't see the scale move. My doc sorta yelled at me the other day to stay off the scales because I was finding myself weighing myself constantly. Those plateus are vicious, but he told me to keep in mind my clothes are changing sizes and people are making comments so that's all the reassuring I need.  |
