It was exactly the same for me with my surgery as well as my hysterectomy, I went into them both wanting the lap but had the possibility of having it done open because I am 5'2 3/4 (YES, I CLAIM THAT 3/4). I was very fortunate that I was able to have it lap for both. I know that I had a hard time recovering from the hysterectomy because he didnt have alot of room to work with that he ended up bruising my bladder and I had spasms because of it. But not a single problem from the Lap RNY.

I This Is My Third Week After The Bypass Does Anyone Have Different Types Of Foods That Are Good For Me To Try At This Time I'm Finding This To Be Hard

WHat stage of food are you in now? I am still in the pureed stage until next week...OMG, I cant wait to start trying all of the new soft foods!
