Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Congratulations on your weight loss.
Three years out, and you are in the maintenace phase. Unless you take good care of your pouch, it will not do the job for you. In other words, don't depend on your pouch for your weight loss, your pouch depends on you to make it work.
First off, please be sure that you are keeping up well with all your nutrients, vitamins, and supplements that you need to keep up for life.
Always be sure to get your protein in first, that it be at least 60g a day, or whatever amount your surgeon instructed you, and fluids at least 64oz a day, or whatever your surgeon instructed you. These rules will never change throughout your life.
Check out
the Pouch Rules (just click on the blue letters and that will bring up the thread), that is the guide for how to treat your pouch. There may be finer points that your surgeon instructed you differently, in that case, follow your surgeon's instructions.
Also, check out your daily intake through online food journal sites like
FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal, and see if you are not getting in more than you need for maintenance.
Another factor is exercise. Do you have a good exercise program? If not, you will need to start working on it.
Last, your anemia also can interfere with your weigh loss, so once you get that under control, make sure that you keep the level good.
((((((((HUGS))))))) May your journey go well, this is for life.
