Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I have been home since Wed. afternoon. I just have not felt like doing much. Everything went well and i had no problems. The day after surgery i though to myself, why did i do this? Well now the struggle is eating enough a day i just dont know what to eat. nothing tastes good and i seem like such a hassle. also today feeling a little down today. Anyone feel down right afterward? I just want to cry. I need to get my spirits up.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Don't be depressed! This is a wonderful thing! You are going to lose a lot of weight and that is a very good thing. You are going to feel physically wonderful and it is exciting seeing the weight drop off and clothes hanging on you. When I started I didn't like alot of the stuff my dr wanted me to. I ate instant potatoes - with milk in them and a little butter to flavor. I had them 3 times a day for a while - it didn't really matter I wasn't hungry. |
