It's official....September 21st is MY day! I cant wait! I am already - the short disability forms are filled out and have to wait until next week cuz i cant send them in sooner then 8 days before and the time is off, preop appt is scheduled and the chiropractor is gonna make sure i am all ready! Now i just have to be patient for two weeks.

People have asked me if i am scared and I said no - well not until i read my hospital forms and it talks about "Do not resatate"! oh lord did that freak me the heck outta here! but i am coming to cope with the wording and think i might get past it

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Emily Do You See The Chiropractor For Your Back?

My Back And Neck Have Been Good For A Long While With No Complaints Pre-op And When I Was In The Hospital, I Guess Cause I Was There For 10 Days So That Didnt Help But I Ended Up Taking The Pain Meds Not For My Incesion But For My Back Because They Made Stay So Long And The Bed Was So Awful So My Doc Realized This And Was Pissed Off Because I Had No Lazyboy Chair In My Room. He Always Makes Sure His Patients Have A Lazy Boy Chair To Sit In. Well As Soon As The Nurse Got It In My Room Not Only Did I Sit In It But At Night I Reclined It To Sleep In. The Bed Was Terrible. Lol

Ive Never Seen A Chiropractor, Ive Always Been To Scared

Thank you for all the support! you guys truely are like a second family and I am still new so dont know a lot of you yet but it is always humbling knowing i can come here and be sad or extatic and you all will be supportive

About the chiro - yes I go for my upper back and then also my hip. I fell about 6 years ago and didnt realize my hip popped out for 3 weeks -hence the pain- i finally went and have been doctoring it since. since i had it out soo long my body accomadates it and my muscles do as well so when i do get it in it usually pops back out. i know it cant be good for the longevity of my hip but hopefully with getting all this weight off of it and doctoring it more i can get it heeled. I was scared at first to go to a chiro but man oh man - that man can make me soo good when i walk out. When I go in and hear my back crack and him twisting me to get it back in you know something is wrong...so that how now made me a huge believer in chiro's. dont be afraid it is the noise that mostly gets a person! it is amazing what a little push here or there will do.

thanks again for the support! i cant wait to be on the losers bench and to be able to put my pics up i think that is when you realize you really have lost and can see the difference! my hubby loves to look at the pics - he is quite commical!

Hi Emily, I am happy for you finally getting your date. You must be full of antisipation. I know I am, my surgery is the 17th and I am trying so hard to get everything ready, and do as much reasearch as I can. I know God will be with us the whole way. Congrasts, again on your date !!!
