And no carbonated drinks, even if they are sugar free. I find that water doesn't go down so well for me anymore but Crystal light and Propel water do. I still get in about 24 oz of plain water but substitute the rest.

I found some lil packages of powder that goes into milk to change the flavor. It is SF and the Vanilla is awesome! I can drink more of the milk than I can plain water. Strange! I know a lot of people have trouble drinking the milk, but I have been drinking it all along with no problems...FF milk only though. Good luck.
