My name is Teresa, I had the lapband surgery in February 2007. I found this site by accident but am completely enjoying reading through everyones post. Some of you have lost an amazing amount of weight! I have been really lucky and have not had any problems at all. I can't eat steak or really soft breads but right now those are my only physical restrictions. I've only had one fill and since I'm losing slowly but surely, I'm not sure that I want another. I've never attendend a support group and do not know anyone who has had the surgery-I am really glad that I found this site/support group. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone. P.S. How did you guys get your pictures on your screens?

I just wanted to say that I have accidentally came across these boards. I am so excited. I have been looking for some support. My surgery is coming up on 9/28/07. Of course, I'm very excited and nervous at the same time. I am so thankful that there will now be people to talk to along this journey that I am fixing to endeavor.
