Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Nope, I did really well the first 2 weeks, I didnt even want him smoking around me, then one morning I picked it up. There was a thread that talked about replacing one habit with another! Bad one I know...I just have a hard time letting it go. We smoke in our bedroom because we have never wanted to do it around the kids. And that is where we spend the majority of time with the computer and all. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I know how hard it is to quit -- I quit seven years ago -- and never would go back. In fact, at least 50 lbs of my weight I attribute to quitting smoking but better the weight than the cigarettes and now I've found a way to get rid of the weight. I know its hard -- but if you can do it resist the temptation to start again. Find something else to do with your fingers and keep your mind off it. Good luck! |
