well maybe if you puree the tuna it might work a little better. dumping happends from sugar or carbs and sometimes high fat. theres an article on here that outlines why it happends and the symptoms. i'll try to find it in a little bit.
Also Remember Nothing Is Black And White. Just Because You Pamplets Say You Can Have It Doesnt Mean It Will Work For You Today. To Be Honest Im Still Afraid To Try Tuna Again. Lol Lol I Have Such Bad Memories.
Sorry to tell you this but even at being a year out sometimes things just don't agree. Like tonight I ate one taco (homemade) and I hurt so bad.. I've had taco's alot and nothing and then tonight yammy made me very sick!!
