well, I had my appointment with my surgeon last week and my RYN surgery date has been scheduled for 19th November providing I can lose 17 kgs....(37.4 ish pounds) before then.
Have started my pre op diet and have also come down with nasty head cold which I think is making pre op diet seem a bit easier.
I am going to have surgery at the same time as another lady from my city, and we are are great support to each other already.
