Hi, my name is Julie. I don't really know what to say. I'm very overweight and I don't know what to do. The doctor told me that there isn't anything I can do except excersize and diet.
I have a fluffy white cat who has entirely too much hair, her name is Luna. She is very protective of me, I'm thinking of getting one of those "Beware of Dog" signs, scratching out "Dog" and painting on "Cat".When I get a pic downloaded I'll put the url on here.

Hey there
Well there are definitely many weight loss options, diet and excercise are probably the best but for some of us it just doesn't work for whatever reason, any questions we will answer if we can and there is much information to be found on this subject.
For me surgery is a last option for getting to a healthy weight and staying there

check out the articles Doc posted.

i have two cats. one white, 3 years old, named tinker, and one orange one, about 14, named tinker.
i think that that's a good idea about the beware of dog sign, i saw one once that said "Forget the Dog, Beware of Owner". lol
