Hello Everyone! I am so glad to have found this site! Over the last 6 years I have "lurked" on another weight loss site. I found this site while surfing this evening. After reading a bunch of posts I know this is the place for me! Each and every post I read was positive, helpful, supportive (one or all.) I am the mom of 4 wonderful young men. My husband of 30+ years and my boys are very supportive of me having the lap RNY. I am scheduled this month for the big event. While I am OK emotionally most of the time, every once in a while I get the jitters. (Not at all like me...I'm always the ROCK.) Reading your posts re: anesthesia, pre-op & post-op situations, and many of the other "stupid questions" helps a great deal. So...I'll zip it now. Don't want to be too long winded on my first post!
