 |  Hi everyone! I haven't been here since early September but it isn't because I am not doing well. I just have been really tied up with other things and not on the computer much. I have had no real complications since surgery except for learning how to eat properly and take my meds. I have a real issue with the meds but that is a story for another time. I have experienced motion sickness but it is under control now and I don't like food at all. I have to force myself to get my protein in and can't tolerate shakes anymore. Everything I eat tastes like cardboard or sawdust. I understand that this will pass in time. I have a constant stomach ache that is supposed to go away too. I am down from 260 to 210 so weight wise I am doing pretty well. I know I would be doing better if I could manage to get more calories in but for now, I am doing the best I can. Congratulations to all of you that have had your surgery since I was last here and huge congrats to all the pounds lost since I last checked in. Most of you are doing very well! |

I had to switch my protein mixes because I was getting sick from the smell. I am now using the EAS Vanilla from Walmart and that really is not too bad. I think I will go back to Unjury after this one and just mix them up every month or so. |
