Post Day before surgery!

Hi All - I am very excited to have found this website. It's the day before my surgery and to say the least, I'm getting more nervous and scared by the minute. I had a nissan fundiplication in 2005 done by the same surgeon that is doing the bypass. He will have to undo the nissan before doing the bypass.

Did anyone out there have the nissan to deal with before their bypass?

I'd also like to get some feedback on the vitamins, proteins, etc choices you guys have found.

thanks

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Welcome to the site. Congrats on your surgery tomorrow, I hope it goes smooth and uneventful for you. Please let us know when you get back home.

Can't help with the nissan.

I take flinstone children's vitamins 2X a day. I use Pro Stat and unflavored Unjury protein powder to help get my protein in. I started out drinking crystal light but burned myself on that, now I love sf koolaide, the tropical punch. While you are in the liquid stage, try sf fudgcicles... they are great!!

Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Keeping you in my prayers for an uneventful surgery and uncomplicated recovery.
As for your Nissen fundoplication, since your surgery is going to beo done by the same surgeon, it shouldn't be much of a problem.
((((((((HUGS)))))))) May your journey go well.
