Default Having surgery on Oct 23, 2007 and terrified!!!

Hi, I am new here and am one day away from my surgery. The closer I get the date, the more terrified I become. Is there anything that helps to calm you down? (No more comfort food)

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Congratulations on your date, wow, it's only a day away.
The pre op jitterbug dancing your mind is doing is quite normal, a lot of people have had that.
I know some post ops who've admitted having bawled all the way into the surgery room.
Keeping you in my prayers for an uneventful surgery and uncomplicated recovery.
((((((HUGS))))) May your journey go well.

your surgery is tomorrow, and I will tell you...my only regret with all of this...WAS NOT DOING IT SOONER!!!! You will have ups/downs....just keeping it real. You will go through all kinds of stages with foods, liquids, protein and vitamins.

In the end, you will look back and wonder what all the fuss was about...! You will know you are being healthy, and comfort foods will take a back seat!

Keep your eye on the prize and the commitment in your heart...the rest will take care of itself!
