The pictures with the red top are of me at 373 pounds. The day I started my weight loss diet. Then on the first gray top are of me at 36 pounds lost and the third one is of me yesterday at 70 pounds lost. Then the last three pictures are the same way as the first three pictures.
I do not see much difference of myself at a 70 pound weight loss. I still see my big stomach and big arms. Please be honest with me and you will not hurt my feelings if you do not either see any difference. My friends and family see the difference and say i did a good job lossing the weight. I just do not see it yet. I only see a little. But I sure see it on my cloths and I got one of my spring jacket out to weat to town today and the last time I wore that jacket was over 10 years ago. My husbands eyes got so big when he saw me wear that jacket today.
Please be honest with me, you will not hurt my feelings.

Yes boots is right. I am just about 7 months post op and I still have trouble seeing the old me in the mirror. I guess it takes a long time for our brains to catch up. People say stuff to me every day at work how good Im looking and call me skinny and I just dont see it even though I am buying smaller clothes and etc...Alot of mental games with our heads.
