Also I am afraid , Im going to need all the help I can get  I got married 5 years ago and then divorced 2 years later . I dont want to bore you all with all the details , but after getting out of a violently abusive marraige , my self asteem just went out the window so to speak ! I gained alot of extra weight . It just seemed like food became my best friend and I turned to it alot for comfort ! I am just at the early stages in my plans for WLS right now. Im new to this and I hope you all can help me ! Tara
