Hi Lisa, Dr Sapala was going to be my surgeon initially. He is a very experienced , excellent surgeon. I left his offices due to the staff he has working for him at the time. He was working through the Cori system and they were horrible. Run around after run around. Dr Sapala works out of two states so im not sure what his availability is post op. I know people who have used him and are extremely happy with their results. He has been doing this surgery for many years. He does the micropouch. From what i researched on him and what i hear from his patients he is a great choice for surgeon. Again my issues were with the Cori system not the surgeon and thats why did not use him. Good luck.
