He thinks im doing really well. Very happy with my weight loss but says i should be eating a little more then i do and drink more water which i've always had trouble with. (yes i know! sip, sip, sip,) I will try harder! I've made an appointment with the nurse at my local doctor for my B12 as he said they should have sent for me already.

glad to hear you got a good check up! your doing fabulous get those liquids in maybe find an acceptable sugar free drink ... i use propel instead of plain boring water at times helps! good luck

Good to hear you are doing great! I have a hard time with water too, I do well with the Lipton diet teas, they have regular, citrus, raspberry and peach in diet now.

Rachael.... YEs my surgeon allows any liquid to count towards water... but what happens post op is our taste buds change big time so something your into pre op may not be the same post op. HOPEFULLY just a matter of flavor choice...for me its odd but my favorite is the mandrine orang and pre op orange would never be a fav flavor ITS like they alter ur brain... hugs! glad you were happy to know propel is allowable i love the stuff

Great report, I know plain water can't do to I have to add things I use crystal lite so many different flavors just love the white tea blueberry flavor and raspberry green tea flavor.
