Hi All, I have made it through the first week. My 1 week visit was yesterday and I am down 11 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIPPIE!!! I thankfully have not had to use the anit nausea medication but I am starting to feel more sore but I know that is to be expected. I still don't have an urge to want to eat anything but I know that will get better soon. I do however wished that I had a water cooler next to me 24 hours a day..LMAO! Thank you all for your support and I will continue to cherish everyday as my new self.  |
