Hello All,

Sorry I have not been on here for a little while. I had a slight complication about a week ago and had to be admitted back into the hospital. I had a small tear at my staple line causing all kinds of nausea and vomiting.
Thankfully they did not have to operate on me again but I have had to use my G-tube for ALL feedings until next week until I have another upper GI done again. Hopefully by then I will be all healed up and continue back on my path. I am quite sick of my little tube but I see now why they make you have it because no one wants to go back under if it is not really needed. Thanks again for all of your support and I am glad that I have met you all.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

So sorry about the complications you are having. I know just what you mean about the G Tube though. I had mine for about 6.5 weeks. I hated that thing, until I couldnt get anything down and then I loved it. It made a huge difference on bad days! Happy healing!!
