Hey Michele, My cute buddy where have you been? Happy holidays and Happy new year  I hope you have good times with the your dear family. You have been missed buddy. How is the WL journey going? I'm losing but very slowly, trying to control my food but I'm boosting my daily workouts these days especially after I become below the 80kg's it has excited me a lot that I want to lose more. But I'm very realistic I know it' gonna take another ~6 months or so to lose the rest. (I'm trying to put my mind and soul in peace with this weight issue before I go waakooo!) I have been missing everyone here. veeeeeeeeery slow with the weight loss. pretty much stalled right now, but I am digging my heels in and really starting to work out to get at least 5 or 10 more off before surgery. You are looking fantastic! I am right there with you as far as the food control. back on the protein regiment until I get over this nasty croupy ick that has had me in a hold for 3 weeks now. Congratulations, you just had your WLS done by the end of last year! aren't you thankful that you had it done! who would imagine that we can lose ~30lbs in a matter of less than one month!! isn't that great!! Hanadi, Thank you for the words of encouragement. No, I can't imagine losing this amount of weight in a month. I have had my up and downs. It's mainly due to the fact that I got sick after surgery. When I got discharged from the hospital the second time my surgeon was on leave so I had another that released me. He told me to stay on liquids until I see my own surgeon on the 25th. I was released on January 5th. I was already at the 3 week mark so I thought they would tell me to move onto the next phase. I guess I am just bored with the liquids and because I have to take the ulcer medication 6 times a day ( its horrible tasting liquid chaulk) and I have to do it on an empty stomach. I find my self having trouble getting it all in everyday. I will figure it out. I also can't excercise until my appt. I have dangerously low blood pressure now. Don't know why. So they wan't me to wait until they can figure out why. Well, got to get the little one off to school. Take care. Love Wendy
