|  Long time no see, hi all
Wow sorry it's been so long since I've been online. I'm down to goal weight, I weigh 149 pounds. I have had no complications at all. I hope everyone here is doing good. Take care all. I attached a pic i hope it works.

Wow, you look fantastic!!! Went in and checked your preop photo what an amazing difference!! Your arms look great - not like theres any loose skin - how did you manage that?
