Hi Everybody! Been just too busy to write lately. Things are going well - did another restart diet as I have 2 1/2 lbs I just couldnt get rid of - lost that and another 1 1/2 lbs.

A question - everyone's goal weight seems much lower than mine. For example your starting weight was about the same as mine and my goal is 160 lb and yours is much lower and you look great now! Do you think you can really get that low? I have 15 lbs to goal and I look good now. I think if I lost another 30 lbs I would be too thin and flabby. Any other opinions?

Kyle

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Welcome back, glad to know you're doing well.
I just split your post and started an independent thread as your post would get lost where you originaly posted it.

A lot depends with the person's height, as how much weight is too much is relative to how tall you are.
For instance, Kenyar and Trulykath are on the tall side, at 5' 10" and 5' 8", while BOOTS and LittleLisaMarie are not as tall, some are under 5', others like Beckamarie are around 5' 2", I thought.
Anyway, the taller you are, you'll look fine at a higher weight, the shorter you are, you'll need to be at a lower weight to look the same in pics.

hi welcome back. i lowered my goal weight before i got anywhere near my original goal weight due to the obsession with the number. SEEING the number on me was all i needed to know my goal was way too low. in fact my original goal was too low now that i think about it. but i will land wherever i land and bounce back so to speak be it either in muscle because i do plan to tone/gain back a little "general" weight lol.

my dr's goal for me was 180 which i put up a big stink about. but if i recall 180 really was right for me. i'm tall. everyone is different. its about where you feel comfy.

I agree with Kenya, I am in the same boat as her right now, my surgeons goal for me is 150. I have reached that and am maintaing so far, my personal goal is 115 but I honestly think I am in a dream world. I am only 5ft 2 in. I am pretty happy here at 150 I am in a size 6 pants and a size medium shirt, if I could just get rid of the extra skin I'd be perfect
