Smile Just started my journey

Hi I am a week and 2 days out of surgery and doing great a little tired of the pureed food but I will make it I went to the doctor yesterday for followup and I lost 27lbs I can't seem to see it but I did. I have been really emotional since surgery I sure hope that goes away. But I will make it.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Congratulations on joining the Loser's Bench and your wonderful weight loss.
The emotional roller coaster trip is quite normal at your stage, hang in there, and take it one day at a time, and you'll do fine.

((((((HUGS)))))) May your journey go well.

Congrads on the weight loss. Welcome to the losers side of the bench. It will get much better as time goes by. I had a real hard time the first few months becasue I did not like food at all and only a few foods agreed with me, but now I am doing much better and lots of foods agree with me now. So give it a little time for you to heal and the foods will get better with time and for now sip sip sip sip, try to get your proteins in and rest and take care of yourself and listen to what the doctor says and you will do fine.

Welcome! I too was very emotional in the beginning. It lasts for a few weeks. You have been through alot. Give yourself time and it will get better. Come here and talk it out when you are feeling down. There are a lot of very smart people here and they are really great to lean on when you need it.
