Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Hello - I'm new here I just joined yesterday and am doing my first post here. I found out on Wednesday that my gastric bypass surgery was approved by the insurance company. It took less than two days to get the approval. I am still on a cloud. I am waiting on the doctor's office to schedule the surgery. I won't be able to do it until the last week of February or early March. I hate waiting that long but my work schedule will not allow me to do this any sooner. This is an exciting time for me. I am going to start making the small changes now in preparation for my surgery. Any advice that anyone can offer would be welcome.
