Hi folks, Missed you guys, but had to stay away for awhile why I got through my first few months after my surgery. Things have gone really well for me, but needed to work hard. I've done well and feel proud of my weight loss so far. I am off all my blood sugar meds and down to only 1/2 of a bp med. That was my real goal all along, but the weight is still coming off and I can't be happier. Have had a lot of wow moments and been through 3 clothings sized already. This forum helped me so much preparing me for surgery. Thank you to everyone. I hope now to give back to some of the newbies. Anna
